By entering in our Instagram Giveaway, you agree to the following contractual Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully!

1. THE GIVEAWAY

The Seeds and Stems (The Giveaway) is organized by: Laurel & Cole Photography, LLC (The Company). Those who apply for The Program will be known as The Entrant in these Terms & Conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The giveaway is open to residents in the CHS area aged 18 years or over or anyone willing to travel to the CHS area!

3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to win The Giveaway. Any purchase from The Company is independent from The Giveaway, and will not increase The Entrant's chances of winning.

4. AGREEMENT

By entering The Giveaway, The Entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. HOW TO ENTER

The Giveaway will run from 9AM Eastern Standard Time on July 6th, 2021, through 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time on July 9th. During this time, The Entrant may enter the giveaway by (1) Liking The Giveaway post found at www.instagram.com/laurel.and.cole.photography (2) Following @laurelandcole and @wrensstems on Instagram, and (3) Tagging three (3) friends in the Comments section of The Giveaway post. After this date the no further entries to the program will be permitted. The Entrant may enter as many times as they like within this window through additional comments on The Giveaway post on The Company's Instagram account (www.instagram.com/laurel.and.cole.photography). No responsibility can be accepted by The Company for entries not received for whatever reason.

6. AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION

The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, global pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

7. PRIZE

The prize is as follows: One (1) 60-minute photography session with The Company, valued at $150. The winning Entrant will be shown a gallery of the images captured during the photography session within 2 weeks, and have the option to purchase prints or digitals at that time if they so choose. No purchase is required for accepting the 60-minute photography session. More than one winner may be awarded. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and The Company reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The Company is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.

8. WINNER

The Winner will be selected by random drawing by 12:00pm on Friday, July 9th, 2021. The Winner will be notified via Instagram and will have 24 hours to respond in order to claim their prize. If The Winner does not respond within 24 hours, The Company reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the Winner and pick a replacement Winner.

9. GOVERNANCE

The Giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by US law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Carolina.

10. RELEASE

Each Entrant in The Giveaway agrees to the use of his/her name, image, and Instagram handle in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the Applicant’s prior consent.

11. PRIVACY

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Laurel and Cole Photography and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with The Company's Privacy Policy.
